Ngāti Mutunga o Wharekauri Iwi Trust has officially announced the final results of the 2024 Election of Trustees. John Preece and Megan Lanauze-King have been elected as Wharekauri Region Representatives, while Di Grennell will represent the Te Ika-a-Māui Region. With a voter turnout of 34.68%, this election highlights the strong engagement of iwi members both on and off-island.
